WIZARD FRAME SYSTEM
The Wizard frame system continues to be a good alternate for those looking to save money on the production floor...compact storage and the print performance of a MicroScreen stencil.
It consists of two parts: first is a light weight, aluminum frame that pneumatically tightens the foil in four directions. The second part is a plastic carrier which holds the foil. It is available in 20”x20” and 29”x29” frame sizes.
In addition to a lower base price on stencils, the Wizard system eliminates frame recycling and the associated internal documentation. Efficient storage is especially critical for EMS providers who are managing hundreds of stencils
for their customers.
By implementing the Wizard frame, you can reclaim valuable floor space previously used for stencil storage. Depending on method of storage, 70 of the 29"x29" foils require less than 2.5'x3' of floor space, while 70 of the 20"x 20" foils require less than 2’ x 3’.
