Correct screen tensioning is imperative for enhanced registration characteristics, uniform ink deposition, and longer screen and emulsion life.
Our advanced stretching systems accept frame sizes up to 70” x 102” and provide consistent, exact duplication of tension from screen-to-screen and stretch-to-stretch on both stainless steel and polyester mesh.
All screens are stretched to exacting specifications, either those provided by your spec or to our standards.
